		<description>Excellent idea! I&#039;ve run it by the setters at our gym and it looks like we&#039;ll be hosting one soon. 
Another idea I had that is similar to Charlie&#039;s is... Once a month (or week), give a gold star sticker to regulars, and let them stick it by their favorite route. Eventually, the highest quality routes will be obvious by their collection of stars.

With these additional ideas to inspire setters... maybe we should start a thread about it in the forum.</description>

So while I like the concept of knowing what the customers think of my routes in the annual smackdown, I also like to know what my peers think of my routes.</description>
