I use a different method to have that extra hand.
we build a wood frame, triangular or square, and bolt the frame to the wall then place the volume in the frame( the frame fits exactly inside the volume) then we screw the volume to the frame.
Depending on the weight of the volume and the overhang on the wall is possible to be done by only one person.
It doesn't allow adjusting the angle on the wall.

Keep in mind that most table saws and circular saws only cut to 45 degrees, so to keep the volume flush to the wall you have to watch out for that.

Lugged 3 heavy homebuilt ones up by myself, struggled to get a manky bolt into a hard-to-find hole to give me that third hand'. This is a much nicer solution. And of course folks, size matters. When you build them, go for 4ft long and at least a foot of depth to your monster features when at all possible. I'd post up some photos of mine, but can't find a way to get them from my computer files into this text.
