What's the impactor of choice out there? I've gone through a few, and am wondering what most guys are using out there in the retail routesetting world.
Impactors? What is everyone using?

Bosch 12v Li-ion.
I'm pretty sure that I have already posted regarding the joys of this tool...look for yourself...

Makita 10.8 - it's light, rugged and it has enough power to take holds off without any problems.

+1 for the Bosch 12v Li-ion. Definitely cant go wrong with this one.
Ive used the Makita and dont have any complaints against this one either, but the Bosch has been my faithful sidekick for quite some time.

I have a couple of Hitachi 10.8v impacts. They were pretty cheap and despite beating on them quite a bit, they both still function great. I like the Hitachi because the battery doesn't slide up into the handle like the Bosch and the Makita, so the handle is thinner and, I think, better balanced with the battery hanging off the bottom. It tightens holds just enough without too much power - no t-nuts pulled through the wall or decimated foot chips. My next impact though will definitely be the new Dewalt 12v lithium ion, they're pretty cool.

Bosch 12v. Had it too years, its on its way out i think but i set full time, and i drop it a lot.
Our gym bought the makita tools about a year ago, they seem pretty solid, a little louder then the bosch and doesnt seem like it can take the same abuse, only time will tell.
Ill be buying another bosch.
