   Lets face it, you cannot go climbing outdoors everyday, and not everyone is fortunate enough to have a local climbing gym nearby.
   I thought this topic would be a fun place for people to post images of their home wall/training area that they have built.

   It can be a place to post ideas that you have for a home wall, to suggestions that you have for people who want to build one.
   Pictures are strongly encouraged so that we can see what you have done.

   The wall that I want to build for myself once I move into my new place is the Moon Climbing Wall, and probably add a secondary wall also.

   This'll be a fun one as I just (last night) finished the 2nd climbingholdreview wall.. the third for me whilst being in Canada and the 7th or 8th personal wall.
   I'm going to go and dig out some pictures and will do this tonight

   JHeiser: how often do they update the Moon wall routes etc on the page. I was checking and it didn't seem to be updated all that regularly :(

   Hey! Due to the fact that I live fairly far away from any climbing (indoors or out), I decided to build a bouldering wall. Had to do it outside because I don't have the space indoors. Definitely good for a workout and to practice setting.

   Since the picture was taken, I've tweaked the wall angle from 45 degrees to 30 degrees and added some more holds and a home made plywood pyramid feature. Definitely would like to get some more holds for it.

   Last I looked on the website they are at 6 school room sets, and it has been a couple of years since they have added any more.

   Formatting all of the images took forever, so I gave up so:

   Rough and ready, it shows the wall in it's current state from Sunday night, I'm just pulling holds out now and have begun setting again with a view of being up and running again later this week

   Whole build: 4 odd weeks
   Price: $1000 (not including all the recycled wood from other walls)
   Screws: 1000 number 10 3 inch
   Bolts: 16 half inch bolts
   T Nuts: Roughly 1500
   Paint: $200 (for the logo on the wall)

   This is wall number 4 in Montreal, we've learnt a lot since the first one, and I think wall number 8 for me.

   Took about 1 week and at most $600 to build this wall. I got the 2x6's from a deck I dismantled, so I saved about $100 there. I scavenged some of the plywood for the transition and the boxes, that probably saved me about $120 in plywood. So to build it with all new materials would be app. $820

   Nice wall, Morgan I like it.

   Heres a couple of mine i built in my shed last fall its fun. about $600 in materials, a lot was scavenged, about $1200 in holds accumulated over the years, plus some homemade real rock holds...
