Hi,
I'm looking for Self Adhesive Sandpaper to be used at a comp in the Netherlands.
Has anyone used it before?
What are the things to look out for?
Which grain to use?
How adhesive must the back be?
Any specific marks that can be recommended?

Go to a local skate shop and ask for some grip tape scraps, or just by a role of grip tape, if it is too sharp sand it down, but it will have the best adhesion...(spelling?) It will also have A lot of Texture and it will hold the texture longer, so each climber will get a similar experience.

i usually put in a few staples to keep the edges down

try to sand paper around the edges it helps to prevent pilling off in a way there is a smooth transition to the sand paper.
