Am one of the PNW coaches headed to SCS Nationals next week at Sport and was interested in putting names to faces. Who else will be there and are there ways we can support kids who aren't represented with a coach?

SW coach Joe Czerwinski will be in the house. HHHmmmm, helping kids at nats who are without a coach. This is an interesting one I have run into before. Most of the time the kids are solo due to the coach is "part time" and does not have things structured enough to make the trek to nats with the kid.
So back to the ? of helping them.... I usually give them a hand with their warmup and basic metal readiness, but the preparation for nats comes from AT LEAST the previous 6 months, if not several years.
All that to say, I feel like I do nothing for the kids without a coach.

Myself being a coach who does not attend nationals, I find the above comment a little misguided. Who pays for the coaches trip out to nationals? the solo kids parents? or the parents of the team members not going? Smaller teams and gyms have a hard time justifying that cost not because the coach is "part time" or not structured, but because it is a lot of money and time focused on one team member. And like you said, the true preparation comes from previous years of experience.
The best thing you can do if you send one of your kids off to nationals without you is to align with one of your other trusted coaches from your region. That way your kid and the other coach have some idea of what to expect from each other, and a comfort level is gained.
