Want to start pro comps in Australia

I want to launch pro comps in Australia next year. I have the prize money guaranteed so far at $11,500 and a brand new gym with super high walls and killer bouldering areas to run the comp from.

There are no pro comps in Australia so I am looking for advice and ideas on actually setting up and running the comps and maybe some contacts in USA.
